The BenQ SW270C 27" hasn't managed to earn a top spot in any roundups from sources that conduct trustworthy hands-on testing. Nevertheless, reviewers from sites, such as Windows Central, camerajabber.com, and Digital Camera World all gave it a spot on their list.
Returning to the Acer V277U bmiipx, Wirecutter (NYTimes), a source that's known for its high-quality in-depth testing, has great things to say about it. In fact, it was named its "Budget pick" in its "The Best 27-Inch Monitor" roundup, which is quite a feat.
We couldn't find any sources that tested both of these Monitors, so we only analyzed how they performed in reviews from different sites.
We first examined which sources rated each of these best and found that the BenQ SW270C 27" got its highest, 9.8, rating from MonitorNerds, while the Acer V277U bmiipx earned its best, 7.6, score from Gadget Review.
Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Monitors on the market. We learned that both of them performed far better than most of their competitors - the overall review average earned by Monitors being 7.3 out of 10, whereas the BenQ SW270C 27" and Acer V277U bmiipx managed averages of 9.0 and 7.6 points, respectively.
