As for the Swingline Stack and Shred 300X - PCmag, a source that conducts reliable hands-on testing, has featured it in its Swingline Stack-and-Shred 300X Shredder With SmarTech Review roundup. However, it didn't make it to any of the top spots.

We first examined which sources rated each of these best and found that the AmazonBasics AU600MA got its highest, 8, rating from TechGearLab, while the Swingline Stack and Shred 300X earned its best, 7, score from PCmag.

Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Paper Shredders on the market. We learned that both of them performed far better than most of their competitors - the overall review average earned by Paper Shredders being 6.6 out of 10, whereas the AmazonBasics AU600MA and Swingline Stack and Shred 300X managed averages of 8.0 and 7.0 points, respectively.
