ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 vs Netgear Nighthawk AC1900

The ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 makes for a great purchase at the $80 budget. The Netgear Nighthawk AC1900, however, is a bad choice for most people and isn't worth its asking price.

The ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 was loved by reviewers at CNET, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "The 4 Best Gaming Routers of 2023" roundup where it was named its "Best for die-hard gamers", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.

As for the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 - it wasn't considered to be a good enough purchase to earn a spot in any roundups conducted by sources that perform objective hands-on testing, which typically indicates that a product isn't worth its asking price.

Lastly, we tried to do a direct ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 vs. Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 comparison of review ratings between these two products, but couldn't find any review scores for the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900.
