The BlackBerry KEY2 (2018) was loved by reviewers at PCmag, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "The Best of IFA 2018" roundup where it was named its "Ranked 2 out of 13", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.

Moving on to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T (2019): it was unable to reach the very top of any roundups from sources that conduct reliable and unbiased testing. Nonetheless, it still managed to impress reviewers from a number of such sites, like Expert Reviews, ePHOTOzine, techadvisor.com, Android Authority, Techradar, Android Central, and DXOMARK, enough for them to include them on those lists.

Out of the sources that tested and rated both of these Smartphones, Techradar preferred the BlackBerry KEY2 (2018), whereas reviewers at Expert Reviews and techadvisor.com liked the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T (2019) better. Android Central gave them identical review scores.

We also took a look at which sources liked these products best - the highest BlackBerry KEY2 (2018) rating came from techaeris.com, whereas the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T (2019) most impressed reviewers at Expert Reviews; they earned scores of 9.3 and 10, respectively.
