Analysis:

The Blendtec Professional 800 (2016) was loved by reviewers at bicycling.com, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "The 7 Best and Most Powerful Blenders of 2018" roundup where it was named its "Ranked 1 out of 7", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.

Moving on to the Blendtec Classic 560 (2015): no sources that perform reliable and objective hands-on testing have included it in their Countertop Blender roundups, which usually means that a product doesn't make for a good purchase.

As a last step, we wanted to do a head-to-head Blendtec Professional 800 (2016) vs. Blendtec Classic 560 (2015) comparison of their review performance but, unfortunately, weren't able to find any review ratings on either product.

The Product:

The Blendtec Professional 800, released in 2016, is a decent countertop blender. It differs from the 2014 Blendtec Professional 795 in its power and warranty - the 800's 3.8 hp motor is both more powerful and louder than the 795's 3 hp motor and the newer version comes with an exceptional 10-year warranty, while the 2014 model comes with a, still generous, 8-year warranty.

Even though it's louder than its previous version, the Blendtec Professional 800 is still relatively quiet. It comes with many pre-programmed settings that make it well suited for a variety of tasks, from making smoothies to hot soups.

One drawback of these blenders is their relatively high asking price.

The Product:

Blendtec's Classic 560 is a 2015 countertop blender that's very similar to the 2014 Blendtec Classic versions - the 475 and the 575. The main difference between these three blenders is the number of speed settings - the 560 has four, the 475 has three, and the 575 has five. Additionally, the 575 comes with four presets for different tasks, which increases the versatility of the blender.

The Blendtec Classic 560 has a powerful 3 hp motor. Four speeds are enough for most needs, and there's also a useful pulse function for quickly chopping food into smaller pieces. The performance is quite good as the device can easily produce even demanding foods, like nut butter.

However, this blender isn't as well covered by review sites and users as its competitors, so its difficult to recommend without reservations.
