The Oster Blend-N-Go MyBlend Countertop Blender was loved by reviewers at Good Housekeeping, a trustworthy source that performs objective hands-on testing. It did great in their "18 Best Fitness Gifts That Will Make Their Trip to the Gym So Much Better" roundup - in fact, they named it their "Ranked 3 out of 18". That, by itself, points toward it being a noteworthy Countertop Blender.
Taking a look at the Blendtec Classic 560 (2015), we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any Countertop Blender roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.

Oster's Blend-N-Go MyBlend Countertop Blender is a low-end personal blender that's designed for making smoothies. The jar that comes with the device mirrors that - it's similar to a reusable bottle that's suitable for drinking smoothies directly. It has enough power to handle ice, nuts, and frozen produce and comes with a dishwasher safe mug.
However, it takes a relatively long time to process food, which is to be expected from such a low-end device. The blender's jar is quite difficult to clean due to its narrow opening, and while it isn't loud during the blending process, it does make loud noises when starting and stopping.
Blendtec's Classic 560 is a 2015 countertop blender that's very similar to the 2014 Blendtec Classic versions - the 475 and the 575. The main difference between these three blenders is the number of speed settings - the 560 has four, the 475 has three, and the 575 has five. Additionally, the 575 comes with four presets for different tasks, which increases the versatility of the blender.
The Blendtec Classic 560 has a powerful 3 hp motor. Four speeds are enough for most needs, and there's also a useful pulse function for quickly chopping food into smaller pieces. The performance is quite good as the device can easily produce even demanding foods, like nut butter.
However, this blender isn't as well covered by review sites and users as its competitors, so its difficult to recommend without reservations.
