Jabra Sport Coach (2015) vs CCA C12
The Jabra Sport Coach (2015) is a great Canal Earphone for its $69 asking price.
The CCA C12, however, is merely passable at its $48 price point. If you're considering buying a Canal Earphone in the $45 range, you might want to check out some of its competitors.
The Jabra Sport Coach (2015) was loved by reviewers at Good Housekeeping, a trustworthy source that performs objective hands-on testing. It did great in their "The best headphones for exercise" roundup - in fact, they named it their "Best exercise headphones for HIIT". That, by itself, points toward it being a noteworthy Canal Earphone.
As for the CCA C12 - Head-fi, a source that conducts reliable hands-on testing, has featured it in its CCA C12 review roundup. However, it didn't make it to any of the top spots.
We couldn't find any sources that tested both of these Canal Earphones, so we only analyzed how they performed in reviews from different sites.
We first examined which sources rated each of these best and found that the Jabra Sport Coach (2015) got its highest, 8, rating from Tom's Guide, while the CCA C12 earned its best, 9.3, score from Head-fi.
Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Canal Earphones on the market. We learned that both of them performed far better than most of their competitors - the overall review average earned by Canal Earphones being 7.4 out of 10, whereas the Jabra Sport Coach (2015) and CCA C12 managed averages of 7.8 and 9.3 points, respectively.
Due to the difference in their prices, however, it's important to keep in mind that a direct Jabra Sport Coach (2015) vs. CCA C12 comparison might not be entirely fair - some sources don't take value for money into account when assigning their scores and therefore have a tendency to rate more premium products better.
