Analysis:

The Dell XPS 15 7590 i7-6 Core 9750H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 1TB SSD (2019) is an exemplary product and sets the bar for all other Traditional Laptops at the $1,900 budget.

The Acer Swift 3 SF313-51-57EQ (2019), however, is merely passable for its price. We suggest taking a look at some better options if you're considering buying a Traditional Laptop in the $630 range.

The Dell XPS 15 7590 i7-6 Core 9750H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 1TB SSD (2019) was highly praised by reviewers from numerous sources that perform their own objective hands-on testing, including Wirecutter, PCmag, TechSpot, Laptop Mag, Android Authority, and Notebookcheck.net. It did great in their roundups - it was dubbed "Runner Up" by Wirecutter, "Best for Movie Buffs, Power Users" by PCmag, and "Best 15-Inch Productivity Powerhouse" by TechSpot. That alone makes it at least worth considering.

As for the Acer Swift 3 SF313-51-57EQ (2019), it wasn't able to earn a top spot in any roundups from trusted sources that conduct their own hands-on testing. Nevertheless, it managed to impress reviewers at Techradar, PCmag, and Laptop Mag enough to make it onto their respective shortlists.

When we thoroughly analyzed their review scores, we learned that all of the sources that tested both Traditional Laptops, including Digitaltrends, Laptop Mag, and PCmag, preferred the Dell XPS 15 7590 i7-6 Core 9750H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 1TB SSD (2019) over the Acer Swift 3 SF313-51-57EQ (2019).

We also took a look at which sources they managed to impress the most. The Dell XPS 15 7590 i7-6 Core 9750H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 1TB SSD (2019) was liked best by Digitaltrends, which gave it a score of 10, while the Acer Swift 3 SF313-51-57EQ (2019) got its highest, 8, score from Techradar.
