The Differin Adapalene Gel 0.1% Prescription Strength Retinoid Acne Treatment was well-received by reviewers at Good Housekeeping, a trustworthy source that performs unbiased hands-on testing. It did great in their "15 Best Pore Minimizers for Your Smoothest Skin Ever" roundup - they named it their "Best Pore Minimizer for Hyperpigmentation", which, by itself, suggests that it's a noteworthy product.
Taking a look at the NIVEA Crème, we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any Moisturizer roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.
