The Diptyque Baies Candle makes for an outstanding Candle at $42. The XIANGZHU Beeswax Taper Candles, however, while overall a good product for its asking price, doesn't quite manage to stand out from its competition - there are better Candles that can be found for around $18 available here.

The Spruce, a review site with a history of doing objective hands-on testing, has great things to say about the Diptyque Baies Candle. In fact, it's "Best Splurge" in its "The 16 Best Scented Candles of 2023" roundup, which points toward it being a good Candle.

Taking a look at the XIANGZHU Beeswax Taper Candles, we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any Candle roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.
