Insta360 ONE X (2018) vs Dragon Touch Action Cameras (2018)
Dragon Touch Vision 3 (2018)

The Insta360 ONE X (2018) is a great Action Camera for its $429 asking price.
The Dragon Touch Vision 3 (2018), however, is merely passable at its $39 price point. If you're considering buying a Action Camera in the $180 range, you might want to check out some of its competitors.
While the Insta360 ONE X (2018) wasn't able to make it to the very top of any roundups from sources that perform quality hands-on testing, it still got featured in a large number of them. Techradar, Android Central, Threesixtycameras.com, Tom's Guide, The Verge, Digital Camera World, Android Authority, and camerajabber.com have all deemed it worthy of a place on their respective shortlists.
Taking a look at the Dragon Touch Vision 3 (2018), we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any Action Camera roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.
We couldn't find any sources that tested both of these Action Cameras, so we only analyzed how they performed in reviews from different sites.
We first examined which sources rated each of these best and found that the Insta360 ONE X (2018) got its highest, 10, rating from Techradar, while the Dragon Touch Vision 3 (2018) earned its best, 8.8, score from Gadget Review.
Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Action Cameras on the market. We learned that both of them performed far better than most of their competitors - the overall review average earned by Action Cameras being 7.4 out of 10, whereas the Insta360 ONE X (2018) and Dragon Touch Vision 3 (2018) managed averages of 8.6 and 8.8 points, respectively.
Due to the difference in their prices, however, it's important to keep in mind that a direct Insta360 ONE X (2018) vs. Dragon Touch Vision 3 (2018) comparison might not be entirely fair - some sources don't take value for money into account when assigning their scores and therefore have a tendency to rate more premium products better.
