The Potensic A20 makes for a good, if unremarkable, Drone for people with a $30 budget.
The Drocon Ninja, however, is merely mediocre at its $69 asking price, when compared to similarly priced products, and won't satisfy the needs of most people.
In either case, we suggest that you first take a look at some other options at the $30 and $55 price points before committing to one of these - it's likely that you'll be able to find some better alternatives.

The Potensic A20 was loved by reviewers at MakeUseOf, a trustworthy source that performs objective hands-on testing. It did great in their "The 7 Best Mini Drones" roundup - in fact, they named it their "Best value". That, by itself, points toward it being a noteworthy Drone.
Moving on to the Drocon Ninja: no sources that perform reliable and objective hands-on testing have included it in their Drone roundups, which usually means that a product doesn't make for a good purchase.
Lastly, we wanted to do a direct Potensic A20 vs. Drocon Ninja comparison of their review performance, but were unable to find any review ratings of the Drocon Ninja.
