Intel SSD Series 5 (2017) vs Intel Optane H10 Series (2017)

The Intel SSD 545s 2.5" 512GB managed to earn a spot in roundups from two sources that are known for their trustworthy review methodology - PCWorld and PCmag - but fell short of making it to the top of their lists.

As for the Intel Optane H10 16GB - PCmag, a source that conducts reliable hands-on testing, has featured it in its Intel Optane Memory Review roundup. However, it didn't make it to any of the top spots.

When we thoroughly analyzed their review scores, we learned that all of the sources that tested both Internal Hard Drives, including PCmag, preferred the Intel SSD 545s 2.5" 512GB over the Intel Optane H10 16GB.

We also took a look at which sources they managed to impress the most. The Intel SSD 545s 2.5" 512GB was liked best by PCWorld, which gave it a score of 9, while the Intel Optane H10 16GB got its highest, 7, score from PCmag.
