That's high praise coming from sources that conduct in-depth hands-on testing.
As for the Kyvol Cybovac E31 - techadvisor.com, a source that conducts reliable hands-on testing, has featured it in its Kyvol Cybovac E31 review roundup. However, it didn't make it to any of the top spots.
