Etymotic ER4 (2015) vs JLab Epic Sport (2018)

The Etymotic ER4SR (2015) was loved by reviewers at SoundGuys, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "Best wired earbuds" roundup where it was named its "Ranked 2 out of 5", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.

As for the JLab Epic Sport (2018) - it impressed reviewers at Gear Patrol, a trustworthy source that conducts solid hands-on testing.
