The Yamaha YAS-480 hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a place in any Saxophone roundups conducted by sources that do their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it a hard product to recommend.

Moving on to the Kaizer ASAX-1000LQ: no sources that perform reliable and objective hands-on testing have included it in their Saxophone roundups, which usually means that a product doesn't make for a good purchase.
