Lexar JumpDrive M20 Series USB Flash Drives (2013) vs Kingston DataTraveler Max (1 TB)
The Lexar JumpDrive M20 16GB was loved by reviewers at Laptop Mag, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "Best cheap USB flash drives (under $10), 7 ranked best to worst" roundup where it was named its "Ranked 1 out of 7", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.
Taking a look at the Kingston DataTraveler Max (1 TB), we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any USB Flash Drive roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.
Lastly, we tried to do a direct Lexar JumpDrive M20 16GB vs. Kingston DataTraveler Max (1 TB) comparison of review ratings between these two products, but couldn't find any review scores for the Kingston DataTraveler Max (1 TB).
Compared to all other USB Flash Drives on the market, however, the Lexar JumpDrive M20 16GB performed great. When averaged out, it earned a rating of 8.0 out of 10, which is much better than the 7.2 review average of USB Flash Drives in general.
