LG GL600 series monitors (2019) vs LG 34WK95U 34"
The LG 24GL600F 24" is a great Monitor for its $140 asking price.
The LG 34WK95U 34", however, while a reasonable product for $1149, doesn't stack up against its competitors quite as well. If you're considering Monitors in the $1,200 range, you might want to check out some better options.
The LG 24GL600F 24" was loved by reviewers at Rtings, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "The 5 Best 120Hz Monitors - Winter 2023" roundup where it was named its "Best Cheap 120Hz Monitor", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.
Taking a look at the LG 34WK95U 34", it got featured in roundups from two reliable sources that conduct their own testing - PCGamesN and Rtings - but it fell short of earning a top spot in either.
We conducted an analysis of all of the review data that we could find on these two products. First, we focused on sources that tested and rated both of them, like Rtings, and learned that they all showed a preference for the LG 34WK95U 34".
Then we took a look at the highest review scores that these two Monitors received. We found that the LG 24GL600F 24" managed to earn a rating of 9.4 from MonitorNerds, whereas the LG 34WK95U 34" got its highest, 8, score from reviewers at PCGamesN.
Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Monitors on the market. We learned that both of them performed far better than most of their competitors - the overall review average earned by Monitors being 7.3 out of 10, whereas the LG 24GL600F 24" and LG 34WK95U 34" managed averages of 7.9 and 7.9 points, respectively.
Due to the difference in their prices, however, it's important to keep in mind that a direct LG 24GL600F 24" vs. LG 34WK95U 34" comparison might not be entirely fair - some sources don't take value for money into account when assigning their scores and therefore have a tendency to rate more premium products better.
