The Netgear Nighthawk AX8 RAX80 is a great Wi-Fi Router for its $399 asking price.

The Netgear Nighthawk AX8 RAX80 was well-received by reviewers at TrustedReviews, a trustworthy source that performs unbiased hands-on testing. It did great in their "Best gaming router 2023: Top routers for gaming" roundup - they named it their "Ranked 2 out of 5", which, by itself, suggests that it's a noteworthy product.
As for the Linksys EA6350 - PCmag, a source that conducts reliable hands-on testing, has featured it in its Linksys EA6350 AC1200+ Dual-Band Smart Wi-Fi Wireless Router Review roundup. However, it didn't make it to any of the top spots.
We conducted an analysis of all of the review data that we could find on these two products. First, we focused on sources that tested and rated both of them, like PCmag, and learned that they all showed a preference for the Linksys EA6350.
Then we took a look at the highest review scores that these two Wi-Fi Routers received. We found that the Netgear Nighthawk AX8 RAX80 managed to earn a rating of 9 from Tom's Guide, whereas the Linksys EA6350 got its highest, 8, score from reviewers at PCmag.
Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Wi-Fi Routers on the market. We learned that both of them performed far better than most of their competitors - the overall review average earned by Wi-Fi Routers being 7.4 out of 10, whereas the Netgear Nighthawk AX8 RAX80 and Linksys EA6350 managed averages of 8.4 and 8.0 points, respectively.
Due to the difference in their prices, however, it's important to keep in mind that a direct Netgear Nighthawk AX8 RAX80 vs. Linksys EA6350 comparison might not be entirely fair - some sources don't take value for money into account when assigning their scores and therefore have a tendency to rate more premium products better.
