Logitech MX Master 3 (2019) vs HP Omen Photon (2019)

The Logitech MX Master 3 (2019) makes for an outstanding Wireless Mouse at $86. The HP Omen Photon (2019), however, while overall a good product for its asking price, doesn't quite manage to stand out from its competition - there are better Wireless Mice that can be found for around $120 available here.

The Logitech MX Master 3 (2019) impressed reviewers from numerous sources that do high-quality in-depth testing, such as Tom's Guide, PCmag, Rtings, Wirecutter (NYTimes), CNET, Tom's Hardware, and Digital Camera World. It performed amazingly well in their roundups - it was dubbed "The best mouse overall" by Tom's Guide, "Best for Productivity and Shortcut Hounds" by PCmag, and "Best Logitech Mouse For Office" by Rtings. That, by itself, suggests that it's an excellent product.

Returning to the HP Omen Photon (2019), it managed to impress reviewers from two sources that are considered to be some of the most highly trusted on the internet, thanks to their in-depth hands-on testing - PCmag and Laptop Mag. It performed great in their respective Wireless Mouse roundups - it was named "Best for Buyers Seeking Mouse-Body Customization" by PCmag and "The best gaming mouse with swappable paddles" by Laptop Mag. That's quite an endorsement, especially coming from such high-quality sources.

When we thoroughly analyzed their review scores, we learned that all of the sources that tested both Wireless Mice, including TrustedReviews, Laptop Mag, and PCmag, preferred the Logitech MX Master 3 (2019) over the HP Omen Photon (2019).

We also took a look at which sources they managed to impress the most. The Logitech MX Master 3 (2019) was liked best by hardwarezone.com.sg, which gave it a score of 9.5, while the HP Omen Photon (2019) got its highest, 8, score from PCmag.

Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Wireless Mice on the market.
