The ViewSonic XG270QG 27" is a great Monitor for its $627 asking price.

The ViewSonic XG270QG 27" has impressed reviewers from two sources that are among the most highly trusted on the internet, namely Rtings and PCmag. It did great in their objective hands-on roundups - it earned the "Best G-SYNC Monitor" and "Best for Multiplayer High-Refresh Gaming at 1440p" awards from Rtings and PCmag, respectively. That's high praise from such reputable sources.
As for the MSI Optix G27C4 27" - it was really well-received by reviewers at Rtings, a great source that's known for conducting high-quality in-depth testing. It performed great in its "The 6 Best Gaming Monitors Under $300 - Winter 2021" roundup and was named its "Runner Up for Best 27 Inch Gaming Monitor Under $300 - Dark Room Alternative", which, on its own, makes it a product that warrants a closer look.
When we thoroughly analyzed their review scores, we learned that all of the sources that tested both Monitors, including Rtings, preferred the ViewSonic XG270QG 27" over the MSI Optix G27C4 27".
We also took a look at which sources they managed to impress the most. The ViewSonic XG270QG 27" was liked best by PCmag, which gave it a score of 9, while the MSI Optix G27C4 27" got its highest, 9.6, score from MonitorNerds.
Lastly, we averaged out all of the reviews scores that we could find on these two products and compared them to other Monitors on the market.
