The CamelBak M.U.L.E. LR 15 Hydration Backpack was loved by reviewers at BikeRadar, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "Best hydration packs | 16 packs tried and tested" roundup where it was named its "Ranked 2 out of 16", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.
Taking a look at the Osprey Skimmer 16, we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any Hydration Backpack roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.
