That's high praise from sources that conduct in-depth hands-on testing.
Moving on to the Manfrotto 61" MKCOMPACTACN-BK Compact Action Aluminum Tripod: it did great in a number of roundups that were conducted by sources that perform their own hands-on testing, such as shotkit.com, Gear Patrol, and inews.co.uk - it was dubbed "Ranked 1 out of 5" by shotkit.com, "Ranked 1 out of 5" by Gear Patrol, and "Ranked 3 out of 8" by inews.co.uk, which indicates that it's worthy of consideration.
