The Sony WF-1000X (2017) is a great Canal Earphone for its $178 asking price.

The Sony WF-1000X (2017) got praised by Rtings and SoundGuys - two highly trusted sources that perform in-depth hands-on testing. It was awarded the "Best Neckband Headphones" title from Rtings and "Best wireless earbuds" from SoundGuys in their respective Canal Earphone roundups.

As for the Samsung Gear IconX (2016) - Android Authority, a source that conducts reliable hands-on testing, has featured it in its Best heart rate monitor earbuds roundup. However, it didn't make it to any of the top spots.
