The Silicon Power P34A80 1TB is a relatively good Internal SSD for people that are willing to spend around $100. The Adata SX6000 512GB, by contrast, is quite unremarkable and doesn't stand out in any meaningful way from other products at this price point.

In both cases, however, we recommend that you take look at some other options at the $100 and $65 budget ranges; in all likelihood you'll find some better alternatives.

The Silicon Power P34A80 1TB was well-received by reviewers at Tom's Hardware, a trustworthy source that performs unbiased hands-on testing. It did great in their "Best SSDs 2020: From Budget SATA to Blazing-Fast NVMe" roundup - they named it their "Best 1TB (or Larger) Value M.2 SSD", which, by itself, suggests that it's a noteworthy product.

As for the Adata SX6000 512GB, it wasn't able to earn a top spot in any roundups from trusted sources that conduct their own hands-on testing. Nevertheless, it managed to impress reviewers at Expert Reviews, PCmag, PCGamesN, and Tom's Hardware enough to make it onto their respective shortlists.

When we thoroughly analyzed their review scores, we learned that all of the sources that tested both Internal SSDs, including Tom's Hardware, preferred the Silicon Power P34A80 1TB over the Adata SX6000 512GB.
