AKG N700NC vs Skullcandy Riff Wireless

Analysis:

The AKG N700NC M2 is a great Closed-Back Headphone for its $279 asking price.

The Skullcandy Riff Wireless, however, while a reasonable product for $39, doesn't stack up against its competitors quite as well. If you're considering Closed-Back Headphones in the $45 range, you might want to check out some better options.

As for the Skullcandy Riff Wireless - it was really well-received by reviewers at PCmag, a great source that's known for conducting high-quality in-depth testing. It performed great in its "The Best Cheap Earbuds and Headphones (Under $50)" roundup and was named its "Best for Bass Fans on a Budget", which, on its own, makes it a product that warrants a closer look.

Due to the difference in their prices, however, it's important to keep in mind that a direct AKG N700NC M2 vs. Skullcandy Riff Wireless comparison might not be entirely fair - some sources don't take value for money into account when assigning their scores and therefore have a tendency to rate more premium products better.
