Victorinox Fibrox Pro Santoku Knives vs MAC Knife Superior Series SK-65 Santoku Knife

The Victorinox 7" Fibrox Pro Santoku Knife is widely considered to be a great Santoku Knife at its $55 budget. The MAC Knife Superior Series SK-65 Santoku Knife, however, while also a good product at this price point, doesn't stack up against its competitors quite as well.

The Spruce Eats, a source known for its hands-on testing and objective methodology, had good things to say about the Victorinox 7" Fibrox Pro Santoku Knife. It performed great in its "The 8 Best Santoku Knives of 2023" roundup and earned the "Ranked 2 out of 8" title.

Taking a look at the MAC Knife Superior Series SK-65 Santoku Knife, we found that it hasn't managed to perform well enough to earn a spot in any Santoku Knife roundups done by sources that conduct their own, high-quality, hands-on testing. That alone makes it difficult to recommend.
