Analysis:

The Western Digital SSD Blue SN500 500GB is a great Internal SSD for its $76 asking price.

The Intel Optane SSD 900P U.2 280GB, however, while a reasonable product for $421, doesn't stack up against its competitors quite as well. If you're considering Internal SSDs in the $370 range, you might want to check out some better options.

The Western Digital SSD Blue SN500 500GB was loved by reviewers at PCmag, a highly trusted source that performs reliable in-depth testing. It did great in its "The Best Cheap SSDs for 2020" roundup where it was named its "Best for Budget M.2 PCI Express Upgraders Seeking Good Software", which, in itself, makes it a product worth considering.

It did great in its "Best SSDs 2020: From Budget SATA to Blazing-Fast NVMe" roundup - in fact, it earned its "Best Low-Capacity Add-in-Card SSD" title, which, on its own, indicates a certain level of quality.
