It took a while for me to see because at first it was not suspicious, but all upvotes and spreading of this browser came from the same IP. It is a bot spam promo and it is not legitimate. After I had to unravel many accounts and filter what was a unique user or not I had to follow every non legitimate user's promos and flag them, so even if there were unique users upvoting the item, if it started with a non-legitimate spam promo, it got flagged.
