What are the best all-purpose, full-range marimba mallets?

All the specialized synthetic material makes these one of the lightest all-purpose mallets. Great for pieces with a lot of notes to get through.

Bright sound on entire range

Doesn't sound harsh/clinky on the lower octaves while still letting high octaves sing. Very articulate and clear tones.

Wears out relatively quickly

Due to the special, flat yarn, the mallets will get worn out and lose some of its original spring. That being said, the yarn will flatten over time instead of ripping, so worn out M114s can substitute harder mallets and still be used.
