Pro Multiple orientations
Depending on the size of ones case and the layout of their motherboard this cooler may get in the way of accessing things such as RAM. Luckily there are multiple orientations for the fans and the device itself making for an easy way to install without getting in the way of anything.
Pro Great price
This is a large step above a stock cooler packaged with an Intel or AMD chip, allowing the user for better cooling and even some headroom for overclocking. All of this is offered for under $40, which is really cheap when compared to water cooling or even some of the more expensive air coolers.
Con Requires access to back of motherboard
If wanting to install in an already built system, access to the back of the motherboard is required. While most cases allow for this, there are some that do not meaning the whole system will need to be disassembled in order to install this cooler, which can be a pain as well as time consuming.
Con Very large
This is a large cooler that may block access to some items depending on the size of their case and positioning. Some RAM cards for gaming can often be tall, which this cooler may not clear. While the fans on the cooler can be mounted in other positions such as the front and back instead of the sides, this may cause the CPU case to not close.
