Con Attachments not included
Zendesk updated the UI for Inbox late 2016 and removed the ability to include attachments in email. The email does not even show you that attachments were included with the email until you open the email on the Inbox website.

It was released in September 2014, but still remains in beta. It may be more unpredictable than a stable release.
