Cons
Con No AC3 audio encoding option.
AC3 should be a standard format to choose for blu-ray, but they only offer PCM audio to encode to, which can take up quite a bit of space itself since it's uncompressed.
Con Menus are mediocre especially navigating them on blu-ray players
They don't give you options to preview your menu before you decide it's what you want. The box they show you is at least 3". Looks like a thumbnail preview. Also, the menus can be kind of frustrating to navigate because you can't use UP or Down - only Left and Right.
Con Bloated
Includes redundant software that most people will already have as content producers.
Con Poor Menu Navigation
When you put your blu-ray in the player and you want to skip to the next video, you have to first go back to the menu and select the 2nd video and press enter to play. If you've made chapters for that video, it takes you to the chapters, which then you select the first chapter or the section you are looking for. Also, If you select a video that's on the menu as the 5th video, but you want to skip to the 6th video while watching the 5th video, you have to press "Menu" on the remote, it takes you back to the menu and the first video highlighted, which you then have to navigate all the way to the 6th video to start it. Really poor menu navigation and no customization of how the menu works with a remote. It's probably best to not use menu's and print out a track list to keep with your home movie.

Con Blu-ray file size to be burned is not estimated well.
I've had to re-encode my blu-ray disc image file 3 times because it didn't automatically burn an image file that would fit on a 25GB Blu Ray Disc (which takes hours to prep just one blu ray). I had to lower the bitrate by .5 until I got it right 2 days later after all of the re-encoding.
Con Can't burn BluRay Discs
Toast Titanium can copy Blu-ray disc, but not burn Blu-ray disc.
