Cons
Con Backups are never deleted, so storage is finite
There is no process for old backup space reclamation, so a 2GB mailbox can be using ~5GB of storage. This means that you can be forced to upgrade your tier to continue getting backups. This means one would, eventually, have to pay their maximum monthly amount.
Con Not free
It is a subscription based model. For personal use you pay for tiered GB amounts. Business accounts get unlimited storage but pay per mailbox. They have a business compliant subscription plan as well for backup purposes.
