Con You have to weigh yourself twice for an accurate reading
If you are within .5 pounds of your last weigh-in, the scale will give you the same reading you had before. In order to get around this, it's best to weigh yourself first while holding something heavy to insure the scale doesn't round by 1/2 a pound when you weigh yourself a second time.
