Taking into consideration its power, the card is reasonably cool. The GPU temperatures reach 44 degrees Celsius when idling and 77 degrees when gaming. If installed correctly, you shouldn't experience any throttling or other heat related issues.
Pro Great Overclocking potential

Graphic card Aesthetics are just the company wasting money they could have spent on making it perform better. Sapphire normally adheres to that mentality. They could just slap some grey plastic on the outside for all i care.

If you have an RX 480 card in your box, the upgrade is not worth it. Though, if you happen to be running something older, the SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 580 is a great card to upgrade to.
Con High power consumption
When idling, the power consumption is 44 Watts, which is perfectly normal. When gaming, the power consumption goes up to 261 Watts, which is over 30 Watts more than for the similar RX 480 model.
Con Large card
This is a rather large card at 10.25-inches in lenght. The width is double-slot. It's a good idea to check if the card fits your chassis.
