Affordable, multi-purpose stroller
The Schwinn Turismo is very affordable. It may not have all the features you can find on a more expensive stroller but is a good option for parents who go out on a regular basis (to run errands or visit relatives, for example) and only occasionally jog. It doubles as a regular stroller and a jogging stroller, avoiding the need to have a second one. To this effect, parents can easily switch between locked wheel (when jogging) and swivel wheel (when maneuvering on normal activities).

Con
You have to press on 2 individual brakes instead of just 1
This stroller has 1 brake for each wheel and you have to press them both to fully stop the stroller. This is a hassle for jogging parents. A single step-brake that controls both wheels is better. Or hand brakes, since you can also control/stop the stroller using your hands.

The safety bracket that locks the frame has to be locked manually
Unlike most strollers that auto-locks when folded, you have to bend down and push it flat and manually clasp the lock that holds the stroller together.

Relatively lightweight and not easy to push
Most jogging strollers are heavy but the Schwinn only weighs 24.5 lbs and the jogging parent will find it effortless to push this stroller while running.

Con
A horizontal bar limits the basket's opening
An aluminum bar that supports the back frame of the stroller blocks the basket. It is a big basket with a wide opening but your things will get snagged on the bar when you place them in or take them out.

Smooth rides, whatever the terrain may be
This stroller's 12" front and 16" rear wheels, and rear-tire suspension all work together to give you a smooth ride even in rough terrain. The wheels glide with ease and you can push effortlessly.

You can use this stroller for both jogging and non-jogging activities
The front wheel has a locking mechanism. You can choose to either lock it in place or let it swivel freely. This feature is used for when you want to run or when you want to steer. A locked front wheel is more stable when running but is not advisable for non-jogging use since you would literally have to lift up the front part of the stroller to turn it to another direction. A swivel wheel is best used for said non-jogging activities.

Has a safety strap that serves as your leash for the stroller
Compared to most hand straps which can only be worn around the wrist, this strap is 1 meter long. If you fall and slip on the ground, you will not bring the stroller down with you as you go because of the tether's length.

The cup holders have a firm grip on your cups
On the parent's tray, there are two cup holders with flexible and rubberized rims which can fit any standard-size bottle/cup. The rims stop the containers from slipping out in the case of a bump on the road or a sudden stop.

Great for active and serious joggers
If you look at this stroller from the side, you will notice that there is a huge slanting space under the handlebar which gives jogging parents room to run. They can stride without their feet hitting the back of the stroller.

Con
Not equipped with a handbrake, which is critical in jogging strollers
This jogging stroller does not have a handbrake, which is an important feature that gives parents added control when running on varied terrain or on a downhill road, since it enables them to restrain the stroller's speed. The Thule only has a parking brake at the bottom of the stroller which, when stepped on, stops both rear wheels at the same time.

Wheels work well for both jogging and everyday use
The Urban Glide has a 12" front wheel and 16" rear wheels. It's easy to maneuver because the front wheel can either be swiveled during regular/non-jogging days or locked into place on jogging days. This ability to switch from swivel to lock is an advantage since a swiveling wheel makes it easy to turn corners and switch directions during your normal daily activities. On the other hand, a locked wheel ensures that the stroller runs straight and doesn't shoot off in a different direction as it goes over a bump when jogging.

Has an ergonomic, adjustable handlebar
The ability to adjust the handlebar's height is convenient for parents with different height range. It is important to run with a handlebar that is at a comfortable height to avoid possible muscle injury and increased fatigue.

Easy one-handed fold
Although not small, the Thule is relatively easy to fold. The leg rest is a flap that covers a sky-blue lever that you can use to fold the stroller in one pulling motion.

The safety tether helps prevent the stroller from accidentally rolling away
In case you accidentally release your grip on the handlebar, the safety strap worn on your wrist and attached to the handle prevents the stroller from rolling further away from you. It acts like a short leash that limits the stroller's motion.

Has a five-point harness to ensure the baby's safety
The Urban Glide, like all strollers, has a 5-point harness with padded shoulder straps, and belts across the hips and between the legs. This is especially important in minimizing injuries in the event of a stroller flip or in the case of a crash.

Pro
Full suspension on the rear wheels for smoother rides
The suspension system has better shock absorption on varied terrains like gravel and bumpy roads, than non-jogging strollers. It serves as a natural cushioning and allows the front wheel to bounce when passing over a bump in the road. The tires roll over bumps easily, lessening the impact transferred to your baby's body.
