Cool to sleep on
This is great for those who don't like the heat associated with memory foam mattresses. The adaptive foam top layer uses heat wicking graphite and cooling gel. These materials pull the heat from you and transfer it away from your body. It also has a breathable fabric which helps it from trapping heat. And since you won't sink into the mattress, you won't end up heated and sweaty while you sleep.

Comfortable for most sleeping positions
Unlike other foams, this mattress won't feel like you're sinking on quicksand. It's comfortable enough to sleep on and relieves pressure on your body. But it isn't too soft due to the 3-inch top layer of adaptive foam.

Good body support
This mattress doesn't come with any size or weight limits. The more pressure you apply, the more it cradles your body. It has a 7-inch support layer so you're provided with adequate amount of firmness to bear and hold your weight up. As a result, it doesn't let you sink in too deep.

Helps prevent bed sores for heavy people
A number of heavy people are usually at risk of developing bed sores. This mattress prevents that because its gel infused memory foam has the ability to distribute weight evenly and give good airflow, which relieves pressure points in the body. This isn't possible with traditional mattresses that put constant pressure on certain parts of the body which commonly results in ulcers or bed sores.

Con
Challenging to rotate
Rotating a mattress or moving it at 180 degrees can help even out its overall wear and prolong its lifespan. But at a hefty 106 pounds, this mattress may be difficult for one person to move.

Provides a cool sleeping surface with its gel infused memory foam
This gel-infused mattress is a better alternative for people who'd like a cooler sleeping surface than a traditional memory foam mattress. It has a cooling effect since the interior gel draws heat away from your body. Consisting of a 1-inch thick box top layer and a second 1-inch layer of gel-infused memory foam make it a more breathable mattress to sleep on.

Prevents disturbance during sleep since it transfers little motion
This is an excellent choice for people who sleep with a partner who moves around a lot. The combination of memory foam and the individually wrapped steel coils are great in providing weight support that lessens any transfer of motion when one person moves during sleep. Memory foam absorbs energy well, so motion transfer is almost absent. Plus, the individual coils also helps in stopping motion transfer since they can move independently.

Con
6 inches of memory foam may not give you enough sleep satisfaction
Although comfort can be subjective, a 6-inch memory foam mattress may be a bit too firm for some people. If you're used to sleeping on soft beds, you may want to choose a thicker foam or something with added layers. With Zinus, I believe you can choose from 6 inches to 14 inches. The 6 inches only gives you 1.5 inches of memory foam and 4.5 inches High-density base support foam, so it can feel a bit hard on the back. The 8 - 12 inch mattresses has thicker memory foam, plus they also have pressure relieving comfort foams. The 14 inch mattress has all of the above, plus an air flow and base support foam, which can probably be more comfortable for some.

Gives good body support for heavyweights
The layers of this mattress give good body support. The first layer has 3 inches of gel memory foam that conforms to your body shape so you won't sink too much when lying on it. Below it comes with two layers of air flow foam on top of 5 inches of high-density foam which acts as a steady base for the entire mattress. That's a total of 12 inches of firm mattress that can even support someone who weighs more than 250 lbs.

Con
Not good for those who are sensitive to chemical smells
The mattress, upon being laid out, has a distinct chemical smell that takes some time to air out. Some people may think this is a minor issue, but those who have a sensitive nose or are concerned with anything involving chemicals may want to consider this factor before buying this mattress.

Con
Can feel too firm due to its high density foam
If you're used to soft mattresses, this may get uncomfortable for you. There are 5 inches of high-density memory foam, and in cold or freezing temperatures, memory foam has a tendency to get even harder and slower to rebound.
