Pros
Pro You only pay for what you need
Unlike most resistance bands, Xertube's are sold individually. You won’t have to overpay for a whole set when all you need is 2-3 bands of a certain resistance level, with individual handles.
Pro You can choose the amount of resistance
Five different band resistances are available, ranging from X to Y resistance. It is enough for most types of exercises, like, legs, arms, back, whatever. Each has a slightly different price associated with it.
Cons
Con It has slightly inferior quality
The band quality is slightly worse than other popular exercise bands. It's more prone to break mid-exercise, although still reasonably reliable.
Con Leg exercise options are limited
Xertubes don't come with ankle straps, which limits the exercises you could do for your legs.
