Does not leak
You don't have to worry about getting wet with this bottle, since it has a valve that keeps water from leaking out even when being swung around (as you swing your hands when running). To take a sip, just squeeze the bottle and the valve opens to let water pass through. For times when you are not using it, you can turn the valve to a locked position to be absolutely sure it won't leak in case it tips over or when you're holding it in your bag.

Con
Hard to find the perfect hand position
Most of your palm will be snug in the sleeve, but you might have to fidget for a while until you find a comfortable position for your thumb. There are indents on the bottle, supposedly for thumb placement, but it still takes some getting used to.

Easy to run with
The Camelbak Quick Grip is lightweight, and holds more water than other handheld bottles, which makes for a good balance between the amount of weight you need to carry and the amount of water you can take with you in a single bottle. Many cheaper handheld bottles are also smaller, so you'd have to refill them more often, or plant water bottles along your route thereby interrupting your run more often.

Con
Not comfortable for long runs
As with any handheld bottle, you will want to switch hands after a certain amount of time, which can be fidgety and interfere with your run. Some users have also reported that the strap becomes loose and needs adjusting every so often.

Keeps liquid cool
This insulated bottle will keep your drink cool (or cold, if you add ice cubes) on a very hot day for about 3 hours, which is much longer than any non insulated bottle.

Con
Most smartphones don't fit in the pouch
The sleeve has a rather small pouch for keys, gels, money or ID cards, but it is not nearly large enough to fit most smartphones. If you want to take your phone with you, you'd need to figure out another way of carrying it.

Comfortable to hold
The strap that goes under your palm is padded for extra comfort, and the strap that goes over your palm is adjustable. This makes the bottle cling to your hand, instead of your hand having to cling to the bottle, thus avoiding cramps.

Easy to open
The Camelback Quick Grip has a screw top, which is covered with a rubbery material, so you can easily open it even if your hands are sweaty.

Very easy to use
The lid on the Thermos Intak is easy to operate- it pops open at the push of a button. The mouthpiece has rounded edges and is just wide enough to make it easy to drink from it without huge gulps or suction sounds. The ergonomic shape of the bottle along with the grip makes it easy to lift up and carry. The simple construction of the lid means you would be able to drink other drinks as well, for example juice or ice coffee, without the risk of clogging up the inner mechanism.

Con
Lid will need to be replaced after a while
The bottle itself is made from impact-resistant material, and will survive most falls. However, the lid itself is the weakest point in the whole design in terms of durability, so you will have to buy replacement lids sooner or later.

Pro
Does not leak
There is a silicone pad on the inside of the lid just over the mouthpiece, which seals it securely when you close the lid. It fits very snugly over the opening and does not leak even when held upside-down, or on its side. However, you do have to remember to close the lid for it to work.

Lid can hit you on the nose
You need to hold the lid when you're tilting the bottle to take a sip, otherwise it might hit you on the nose.

Easy to clean
The straightforward design of the lid makes it very easy to clean both the bottle and the lid by hand, or in the dishwasher. Some water bottles have an intricate mechanism for drinking, with a lot of small, hard to reach spots, but the Thermos Intak keeps it simple.

Con
The surface gets 'sweaty'
Since this is not an insulated bottle, condensation will make the surface of the bottle drip with water, especially if cold liquid is poured in on a hot day. This can make it a little harder to grip, and can also increase the chance of dropping the bottle.

Pro
Helps increase your daily water intake
This bottle has a rotating meter on the lid to help keep track of how many bottles you've emptied, and also an indicator of how much water is left in the bottle. This helps some people drink more water, as it can give a sense of achievement.
