This premium-looking electric oven features a variety of useful cooking modes, programmable cooking capabilities, and even some advanced self-cleaning algorithms. Combined with a relatively high capacity, these features make this oven very valuable, even for its high price point.

This oven is equipped with two true convection fans, which allow for even temperature distribution throughout the oven's cavity.

The oven can do practically anything. It has 11 different modes – baking, broiling, roasting with or without convection, slow cooking, defrosting, dehydrating, bread proofing, and multi-stage cooking.

The oven can be set to Sabbath mode, so that it can be used while complying with kosher cooking practices.

You can pre-program up to three of your favorite recipe settings, which facilitates use every time you want to cook those recipes.

The oven has a probe that allows monitoring the internal temperatures of the roast without opening the doors. It can also be programmed to automatically switch off the oven once a desired temperature is reached.

This is a stainless steel oven with a large glass door and a totally black control panel with no visible controls until the oven is turned on.

You can program the oven for various cooking steps, for example, you can set it to start with roasting and finish with a broil, or just set the oven to change temperatures midway through the recipe.

The oven has a design feature called 'Wave-Touch.' It allows the interface to display only the buttons that are applicable to the selected mode. The result is a very sleek and uncluttered control panel.

This oven is capable of pyrolytic cleaning, which is effortless to use, but also time-consuming and results in odors. Electrolux minimizes these problems by implementing three different time settings depending on the filth level and by having an integrated catalytic converter that eliminates unwanted odors and particles.
