Pros
Pro Allows your baby a certain amount of freedom
At one side of the crib is a zippered gate that you can choose to keep open. It allows the babies to crawl in and out, thinking of the crib as their world, not a prison.
Pro Can be transported hands-free
The crib can be folded and transformed into a lightweight backpack, allowing both of your hands to be available for everything else, including the diaper bag and your baby.
Pro Perfect for traveling
It is lightweight and folds compactly into a backpack. It can even be taken on the plane as a carry-on, making traveling easy and comfortable for the whole family.
Cons
Con Mattress is on the ground
Assuming that the travel crib will go with you to hotels and apartments where you're unsure of how clean the carpet/floor is, I don't like that the bottom of this travel crib is not raised above the floor
Con Prone to wear and tear
The manufacturers opt to use lightweight materials such as mesh and aluminum. These materials are strong but may become brittle over time. They are more prone to damage compared to wood in common cribs since they are subject to a lot of folding and unfolding and tossing in car trunks.
