Pobox relies on customer service to approve custom domains. During business hours, they are quick to respond but outside of business hours, you're out of luck.

UI is old and clunky

This service has been in operation for decades but the UI also looks dated as a result. It's not particularly ugly but it is not particularly nice. However, it is definitely somewhat cumbersome to use.
