Just 1 limit

It's difficult to top up money without a bank account that gives you a credit card or account (at least in Italy). Also there is no possibility to load money directly from the credit card of customers to your revolut account.

Concierge service (on metal) never replies

I paid GBP150 for the metal card as I wanted the concierge service. However, I have never received any replies to my queries so far, so it's completely useless.

No customer support.

Almost non-existent customer support. There is no way to contact them other than via "chat" and they take so long to respond that by the time they do you are no longer in the chat and so they hang up given that you are unresponsive so never answer your queries (even though you have typed it).
