Con Poor authoring experience
Post editor is really poor, like they don't care about the product. For example, normal posts (updates) can't be formatted, but you can paste pictures to them, Announcements are rich text enabled, but you can't paste pictures to them.
Con Not intuitive search
Search is confusing, it's hard to find replies to other people's posts if you don't type exact word present in text.
