It can change lots of settings on your phone, for example you can use MyProfiles to put the phone on silent at the times in the week or locations you shouldn't be disturbed. You can set an exception group from your Android contacts so that important people can still reach you. You can use it to put your phone into airplane mode overnight to save batteries, or when you have a meeting scheduled in your calendar.
