Pro Customizable lanes
You can change what you want shown when swiping left or right - your profile, your tweets, retweets of you, timeline, @mentions, direct messages, who you're following, your followers and favorites. There is no way to set the order of lanes.
Pro Context sensitive tweet box
Tweet box at the bottom of the app by default will send out a simple tweet. Long-pressing a tweet in the timeline will change that to an @reply, long-pressing another user will add him to the conversation as well.

You can use the volume buttons to go up or down one tweets in addition to typical swiping up and down.
