Pro Especially nice for higher resolution screens, especially the xipergrid1 template
This template allows you to use 2/3, 1/2 and 1/3 in both the x and the y direction (except for the middle 1/3 x 1/3 of the screen) and allows for using the middle 2/3 x 2/3 and middle 3/4 x 3/4 of your screen.
You can choose quickly between set templates or even create your own by editing a text document in a relatively straightforward way. You can customize the hotkeys, the interface, you can even create dynamic custom grids.
Pro Multiple interaction methods
You can use keyboard shortcuts or monitor areas to align your windows.
Pro Multi-monitor support
Gridmove knows how to handle unlimited number of monitors.
Con Doesn't handle changing of resolution well
If you change the resolution of your screen (happens often if used in a VM), the percentage based layouts break, so you will need to restart the program . This is very easy to do using an option from the tray icon, but it would be nice if it auto-restarted if the program detects a resolution change.
Con Spaces between windows
For Windows 10, there seems to be some bug that has spaces between windows if resized. There is a small fix, but it breaks many other things if used on certain configurations.
