Con Local database cannot be reinstated after Windows reinstall
I have started to use Tabbles in 2022. It was great so far, but now I reinstalled Windows. I would have liked to reinstate the local database I built up. Because I have set the database location to another drive on purpose for this scenario, I believed it would be easy. While there is a guide in the user manual what to do in this case, it does not work. Tabbles always restores the default database location. The online support could only say "the guide should work" - but it does not. (I cannot even remember how I could successfully set it to another location earlier.).
First and foremost I am not sure why setting the database location is such a complicated matter, and it does not work anyway.
Con Free version only supports tagging max 5000 files and also other limits are showstoppers
No support for folder tagging.
Con Very complex configuration for e.g. Dropbox
