Add to SafariFork of the free and open-source MiniBug v2 for multi-user usage with a PostgreSQL database. Made with VS2022 and .NET 4.8.
From version 1.1.0 in the Issue form the "Git history" tab can be selected, and with the sync button at the bottom-right, the Git history for an issue can be retrieved.
For single-user usage and simplicity, MiniBug v2 is still the best option however.

There should be at least one person in the team that can administer a PostgreSQL server with user roles and rights.
Con Virus warning
Might give a false virus warning on some Windows versions when using the Edge browser, try with Chrome instead.
